We welcome feedback from patients and their family members, as part of our focus on continuous improvement and providing high quality care.

Your feedback helps us with understanding what we are doing well and areas where we could improve.

You can also share your story anonymously on the Care Opinion website. Care Opinion (external site) is an independent, social media platform that allows you to provide feedback about your experience, or the experience of someone you know, with a hospital or health service.

NMHS uses the MySay Healthcare Survey to measure patient experience, helping us identify what we are doing well and where we need to focus our attention to improve. All eligible patients are sent an invitation to participate via SMS 48 hours post-discharge.

The MySay Healthcare Survey is a survey used throughout the WA health system to measure patient experience that comprises the Australian Hospitals Patient Experience Question Set (AHPEQS) (external site). The survey can be accessed in languages other than English.
