Employee Pay
North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) employees’ pay and benefits are processed by Health Support Services (HSS) based on information provided and certified by the employee’s manager.
A range of industrial instruments are applicable to the conditions of employment for employees in NMHS. The relevant Awards and Industrial Agreements can be accessed online at the Awards and Agreements library (external site).
The NMHS Industrial Relations team provides advice on the correct application and interpretation of the entitlements and conditions of employment provided for in industrial instruments.
