Congratulations to NMHS Corporate Communications Graphic Designer Cameron Pretsel on being named NMHS Corporate Employee of the Quarter!
On top of Cam's already monumental task-load including creating new and updating existing NMHS publications, in the last six months Cam has created and implemented the new NMHS Style Guide. The new NMHS Style Guide is fresh and modern and Corporate Communications has received many compliments on the "new look".
The flow-on effect of the new style created extra work for Cam that is always received with his pleasant and welcoming can-do attitude. He always seeks the best for the "client", fellow NMHS employees, and in doing so nothing is too much trouble for him.
Cam was also recently tasked with assisting with the NMHS Annual Report and Strategic Plan documents, two very detailed and important pieces for the health service. Cam managed to re-prioritise his extensive workload to accommodate these key projects and did so with absolute professionalism. The end result was two documents that were greatly enhanced, in line with the NMHS style guide and of a very high standard.
Cam goes above and beyond by applying the same diligent attitude towards every job. He has an amazing ability to make every single job, no matter how small or large it is, his absolute focus at any one time. This carries on to his interactions with clients, so each client understands that Cam is placing the same value and importance on it that they do. No one is ever made to feel rushed or that their job is not as significant as another job.
This is testament to Cam’s organisation skills of being able to handle a massive workload and deal with this in an efficient and thoughtful manner while also producing an excellent product.
Cam demonstrates the NMHS values daily by making every client feel important and valued (CARE); treating everyone with RESPECT; his graphic design and expertise shows INNOVATION; is an excellent team player (TEAMWORK); and demonstrates INTEGRITY with all interactions as he is always striving to achieve the best outcome for everyone.
