Easter colouring in book
13/04/2022

The luxurious length of the four-day Easter weekend brings the first real bout of autumn weather and the perfect time to don your tracksuit, kick back and relax.

To assist you with this important downtime, the NMHS Corporate Wellness Program is delighted to share the 'Easter Mindfulness Colouring Book'. As a form of art therapy, colouring helps you focus on the present, express yourself emotionally and reduce stress and anxiety.

When shared with the kids it also brings the benefit of distraction so you can have an hour to binge that Netflix show while enjoying some mini chocolate eggs.

Get those pencils/textas/paints and your hot cross buns/easter eggs/lamb roast together, download the colouring book here (PDF) and make it a mindful moment for the long weekend.
