Congratulations to our NMHS 2023 WA Health Excellence Finalists.

The WA Health Excellence awards recognise excellence, innovation and people centred care in the delivery of health services.

Our nine finalists demonstrate our collective commitment to provide outstanding health care to the WA community.

Excellence in Preventative Health

  • Public Health Operations COVID-19 – Mental Health Public Health and Dental Services

Excellence in Mental Health

  • Reducing Panic in the Emergency Department – Centre of Clinical Interventions

Excellence in Safety and Quality

  • Hospital Emergency Access Response Team (HEART) program – North Metropolitan Health Service
  • Geriatric Assessment Team – SCGH Emergency Department

Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing and Culture

  • Neuro-Kin Initiative – North Metropolitan Health Service, East Metropolitan Health Service and Child Adolescent Health Service.

Excellence in Research and innovation
